Nacho Cheese
This cheese is very versatile. You can use it on nachos, lasagna, pastas and as a dressing for your vegetables. This is a healthy substitute for kids and when you have visitors. Macaroni and cheese is well known and this cheese substitute will do the trick. It is yummy!
Recipe and Ingredients

- 2 cups of water
- 4 ounces of red pimiento pepper
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 1 ½ teaspoons of salt
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons of corn starch
- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
  Directions
- Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth without any cashew pieces.
- Put your blended mixture in a pot at medium heat while mixing continually so it will not stick. Let thicken and remove from heat. It is ready to serve!
